Program Information
Intakes & Rotations
- One intake per year commening in March
- 12-month program consisting of two 6-month mental health rotations
- Includes supernumerary time and interactive study days
Clinical Areas & Locations
- Adult Acute Mental Health Inpatient Units (Box Hill and Maroondah)
- Older Adult Mental Health Acute Inpatient Unit (Burwood)
- Adolescent Acute Mental Health Inpatient Unit (Box Hill)
- Co-located Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs Detox (Box Hill)
Eligibility
- Current, condition-free AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum 12 months’ experience working as an Enrolled Nurse
Employment details
- Part Time employment 0.8 EFT (8 days a fortnight) to maintain work-life balance
- Permanent employment upon successful completion of the program
