Pathway Overview
Our Transition to Practice Program in Mental Health Nursing offers academic study together with clinical experience to support you on your path to postgraduate study in Mental Health. We have formal agreements with Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) with our university partners.
Pure Mental Health Pathway
This pathway is for the novice nurse wanting to develop their career specifically in Mental Health. This program is designed to consolidate and broaden your experience and knowledge of mental health. You will experience two clinical rotations within different areas and age spectrums of mental health.
Blended Mental Health/Nursing Pathway
This pathway is for novice nurses who want to further explore both a mental health rotation and a general rotation. This program is designed to consolidate your general nursing skills, as well as broaden mental health nursing experience and skills.
